Sahiwal (UPA News) Recruitment for Solder and Technical Trades in the Pakistan Army has begun and will continue until May 22. Male citizens from the three districts of Sahiwal Division — Okara, Sahiwal, and Pakpattan — aged between 17½ to 23 years as of May 22, 2026, are eligible to apply.
Educational requirements are as follows:
For Solder: Matriculation or equivalent or higher
For Technical Trade: Matric (Science), BA grade or higher
For Clerk: Intermediate or higher (Computer diploma holders and higher-qualified candidates preferred)
For Cook: At least Middle pass
For Sanitary Worker: Illiterate (maximum education Primary)
Height requirements:
Sepoy: 5 feet 6 inches
Clerk and Cook: 5 feet 3 inches
Military Police: 5 feet 8 inches (preferably 6 feet)
Sanitary Worker: 5 feet 3 inches
Special concessions will be granted to the families of martyrs and war-wounded personnel. Candidates may register online at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk� until May 15 or visit the Selection and Recruitment Office Okara from March 2 to May 22 for registration.
