Sahiwal (UPA): Rally Organized to Express Solidarity with Pakistan Armed Forces
A rally was organized under the supervision of the District Administration Sahiwal to express solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces. The rally started from District Council Hall and concluded at DPO Office Chowk.
The rally was led by Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal Captain (R) Samiullah Farooq. Among the participants were Additional Deputy Commissioner General Niaz Ahmed Mughal, Registrar University of Sahiwal Syed Asghar Ali Shah, Head of Department Arid University Dr. Adnan Khan, AC Sahiwal Maham Waheed, Maulana Ziaullah Shah Bukhari, Pir Ehsan-ul-Haq Idris, lawyers, and a large number of students from schools, colleges, and universities.
Participants raised slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pakistan Armed Forces Zindabad.”
While addressing the rally participants, the Deputy Commissioner said that the sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces in eliminating terrorism are unforgettable. He added that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its armed forces and that everyone is united for the peace and stability of Pakistan.
He stated that the ongoing measures against terrorism are fully supported. He also paid tribute to the Pakistan Army for its support and achievements in Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq, saying that any external power attempting to interfere in Pakistan or spread terrorism would receive a strong response.
Participants of the rally said that the entire nation values the efforts made to eliminate terrorism and that the role of the Pakistan Armed Forces in safeguarding the country is a matter of pride.
At the end of the rally, Maulana Ziaullah Shah Bukhari offered a special prayer for the security, stability, and peace of Pakistan.
