Bollywood actor and Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan has rented 4 luxury flats on 2 floors in the most expensive area of Mumbai.
According to Indian media reports, the monthly rent of these four luxurious flats is 24 lakh 5 thousand Indian rupees, for which the security deposit is about 1.47 crore Indian rupees.
Indian media claim that Aamir Khan has signed a five-year contract for four rented luxury flats, the term of which will run from May 15, 2025, to May 14, 2030. The rent will be increased by 5% per annum.
According to Indian media, the rent of each floor is Rs 12 lakh 25 thousand, and a deposit of Rs 73 lakh 0.5 thousand has been made for one floor.
Aamir Khan’s new society ‘Vilnumona’ is about 750 meters away from Shah Rukh Khan’s temporary home called ‘Pooja Casa’.
