ISLAMABAD: National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq has invited the opposition to hold talks with the government.
The speaker offered the talks in remarks to Asad Qaiser about the privileges of opposition members.
The Speaker of the National Assembly said that parliamentary traditions, the Constitution, the law, and the rules and regulations of the National Assembly are in front of everyone; adherence to these traditions is the guarantee of the stability of the democratic system.

I am ready to play the role of a bridge between the government and the opposition for talks, the grand jirga can be none other than the National Assembly and the Senate, all political forces should play their role to strengthen this parliament, dissent is the beauty of democracy but it is in the national interest to turn it into a constructive dialogue.
