Sahiwal (UPA News) Commissioner Sahiwal Division Dr. Asif Tufail visited the district offices of the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) and reviewed the performance of various departments.
During the visit, the Supporting Officer briefed him on administrative affairs, ongoing actions, inspections, field operations, and achieved targets. The Commissioner inspected different sections and discussed performance, challenges, and future plans with staff.
He reviewed ongoing cases, complaints received, and their resolution mechanisms. He directed officers to perform their duties with honesty, integrity, and professionalism to provide better relief to the public.
He also instructed improvements at the office entrance and met visitors to inquire about the facilities and staff behavior. He directed plantation in the office lawn and emphasized promoting a green environment in government institutions. He reiterated that all departments must enhance transparency, efficiency, and public service standards.
