PTI leader Salman Akram Raja has said that he will talk to the party and Imran Khan about the non-participation of people in tomorrow’s protest.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, Salman Akram Raja said that the trial of Toshakhana II is completely unconstitutional and illegal. If the media, lawyers and families are not allowed, it is not an open trial.
I understand why people did not come to the protest yesterday, I will talk about it in the party. Yesterday’s day was largely successful, the protest could have been better and will be the next, will consult with Imran Khan on why people did not leave.
Salman Akram said that I and Mahmood Achakzai stayed at Chakri Interchange with Imran Khan’s sisters till 11 o’clock last night, if there is a call from Imran Khan, how can an MNA stay away without a valid reason, if there is no valid reason for not joining the protest, then he will have to answer.
On the other hand, Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar and Advisor Information KP Barrister Saif have termed yesterday’s protest of PTI successful.
