Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen’s march against the ban on pilgrims going to Karbala by land route in Karachi was temporarily stopped

Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori reached the MWM Secretariat late in the night, where he told the media that MWM had postponed the march for the time being. I’ll see you again this afternoon. Hope that the issues will be resolved

The Sindh Governor said that he had spoken to the US Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi. Mohsin Naqvi said that there are security concerns.

He said the Iraqis would also try to extend the duration of the visas. I’m talking about additional flights. Will request the government for a discount on air tickets

On the other hand, Vice Chairman MWM Allama Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi said that our march is going on, a break has been given till the afternoon, and we will see the situation by the afternoon. We have to start in March.

It may be recalled that Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi had recently announced that pilgrims for Arba’een this year will not be able to go to Balochistan, Iran, or Iraq, while pilgrims for Arba’een will not be able to go to Iran or Iraq.

After which the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen had announced a nationwide protest against the ban on land routes at Arba’een for pilgrims.
