Sahiwal (UPA News) Commissioner Sahiwal Division, Dr. Asif Tufail, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Captain (R) Samiullah Farooq, a detailed visit to the Nigehban Ramzan Bazaar in Chichawatni. During the visit, he checked the prices and quality of various food items at different stalls.
On this occasion, Commissioner Dr. Asif Tufail directed that the rate lists of essential commodities should be displayed prominently and that the supply of essential items to consumers at officially notified prices must be ensured at all costs. He further instructed that special attention be given to cleanliness in the Nigehban Ramzan Bazaar. He also interacted with citizens present in the market and inquired about the prices of essential goods.
Commissioner Dr. Asif Tufail and Deputy Commissioner Captain (R) Samiullah Farooq also visited the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Chichawatni. They inquired after patients admitted in different wards and asked their attendants about the medical facilities being provided. They emphasized that the best possible treatment facilities must be ensured for all patients coming to the hospital.
Assistant Commissioner Chichawatni Javed Mumtaz Lakhvera was also present on the occasion.
They also visited Murtaza Shaheed Park and reviewed the construction work of the under-construction water tank. They directed that the pace of work be accelerated and that no compromise be made on quality. They stated that completion of the water tank would help in storing rainwater.
Earlier, Commissioner Sahiwal Dr. Asif Tufail and Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal Captain (R) Samiullah Farooq also visited the General Bus Stand (Beroon Lari Adda) Sahiwal. They reviewed the ongoing development work at the bus stand and directed that the work be completed within the stipulated timeline.
