Sahiwal (UPA News) The closing day of special training courses for prosecutors and police officers was held under the auspices of the Public Prosecution Department Sahiwal.
Prosecutors handling narcotics cases and investigating police officers were given special lectures on relevant laws, investigation procedures, and trial processes. Addressing the training workshop, senior legal expert Babar Sultan and other prosecutors stated that the purpose of these training courses is to enhance the professional capacity of officers.
They emphasized that in order to ensure strict punishment for criminals involved in serious crimes, complete preparation of cases and effective prosecution must be ensured to deliver justice. Close coordination with police and other relevant institutions must be maintained to expedite the disposal of pending cases.
It is worth mentioning that under the vision of the Chief Minister Punjab, “Justice for All and Rule of Law,” and in light of the directions of Secretary Public Prosecution Salman Ghani, training courses are being conducted across Punjab for prosecutors and police investigation officers. These courses include special training regarding murder, rape, and narcotics cases.
Senior legal experts and prosecutors delivered lectures based on their knowledge and experience, and during the question-and-answer session, officers shared their professional experiences.
District Public Prosecutor Sahiwal Shah Din Dhaddi and his team ensured the successful organization of the training course. Certificates were distributed among the participants at the conclusion of the workshop.
